‑‑ Sind Permanent Presidence Certificate Rules, 1971, rr. 4 & 6(i)‑ Admission to Medical College‑Permanent Residence Certificate‑ Petitioner's father continuously residing at T for a period of 23 years and owning immovable property in name of his mother‑Petitioner besides her three brothers and two sisters born and got primary education at T‑Petitioner's father for purpose of his treatment residing temporarily at K for a short period of 5/6 years‑Requisite conditions under rr. 4 & 6 of Sind Permanent Residence Rules 1971, held, duly fulfilled by petitioner so as to entitle her to grant of permanent Residence Certificate of District T‑Impugned order of refusing Permanent Residence Certificate to petitioner declared to be without lawful authority and of no legal effect.
