Judgment & Decree
Sh. MUHAMMAD SALIM and 2 others ‑‑‑ Respondents Writ Petition No.1672 of 1988, heard on 24th February, 1991. Guardians and Wards Act (VIII of 1980)‑‑‑ ‑‑‑‑ S.25 ‑‑‑ Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.199 ‑‑‑ Custody of minors ‑‑‑ Parties compromised regarding custody of their minor sons ‑‑‑ Husband stated that he had been depositing sum for maintenance of minor according to orders of Court and would continue to deposit same in future ‑‑‑ Wife agreed that she would have no objection if custody of minor be given once in the first two weeks to husband‑‑ Parties also agreed that other minor who presently was in custody of husband would be given on the last Friday once in the last two weeks in a month to live with his mother, and his elder brother‑‑‑Court disposed of Constitutional petition accordingly. Order accordingly. petition accepted
