S.497--Penal Code (XLV of 1898), Ss.323 & 324/34--Bail, grant of--Offences for which accused being charged bailable--Interim bail confirmed. Khalid Mahmood Shaheen for Petitioner. Aftab Sherazi for the State. It is stated by the learned counsel for the state on instruction from ASI Bashir Ahmad that no offence under section 452/34 PPC was made out against Muhammad Rashid petitioner during investigation and that he is being challaned only for the offences under sections 323, 324/34 PPC. These offences are bailable. The interim bail allowed to the petitioner vide my order dated 21-6-1986 is confirmed. This petition is disposed of. M.Y.H./M-396/L Bail granted.
