‑‑‑Paras. 7 & 29‑‑Grant of land to Society for allotment to its members‑ Validity of‑‑Allotment of land made after 20‑12‑1971, held, could not be excluded from holding of Society for purposes o and Reforms Regulation, 1972‑‑Allotment by Society in favour of its members holding Ijazatnamas officially issued by Director Barrage in this connection were held to be valid alienations, while those in favour of members with no such Ijazatnamas were held to be void.

The Deputy Land Commissioner Badin is directed to redetermine the holding of the ‑declarant viz. the Ushar Cooperative Farming Society in the light of this order and resume the area found in its ownership/ possession to be in excess of the prescribed limits in accordance with law.
