A F.I.R. has been filed by Dr. Ali Muhammad Ansari, proprietor of Mehran Clinic Qazi Chowk Sindhi Muslim Housing Society, Block-A, Karachi against the applicant alleging misappropriation of approximately 18-19 lacs of professional fees collected during the absence of the doctor from the Pakistan. In the F.I.R., it has also been alleged that the applicant had admitted his arrears and requested for time to return the above amount, which has not been returned till today. This application has been moved for grant of pre-arrest bail. Office is directed to issue notice to complainant Dr. Ali Muhammad Ansari for 13-7-2006. Till then the applicant will not be arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.320 of 2006. H.B.T./J-12/K Order accordingly.
