‑‑S.497‑‑Penal Code (XLV of 1860), S.379‑‑Government trees were allegedly removed by accused persons‑‑Trees were found at a saw‑mill‑‑Co‑accused was released on bail‑‑Accused in jail for last three months‑‑Bail allowed in circumstances. Malik Nazar Farid Khokhar for Petitioner. Ch. Muhammad Mansha for the State. Date of hearing: 12th June, 1989. The petitioner, Sikandar Hayat. along with two others, Manda and Muhammad Shafique, are accused of having removed some Government trees; the trees were later found at a saw‑mill. The petitioner's co‑accused Manda was arrested and was allowed bail seven days after his arrest by the learned trial Magistrate. The petitioner has been in jail since 12‑3‑1989. I, therefore, allow him to be released on bail on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs.l5,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. S.A./S‑561/L Bail allowed.
