VII, r. 11 Court fee‑Deficiency‑Plaintiff failing to make up deficiency in court‑fee within time allowed by Court‑Suit dismissed in circumstances. A. Rauf for Plaintiff. Manzoor Hussain for Respondent. An order had been passed by me on 28th April, 1982 that the deficit court‑fee should be paid within ten days. More than ten days have expired and deficit court‑fee has not been paid. Mr. A. Rauf, learned counsel for the plaintiff, is not in a position to state whether the plaintiff will at all pay the deficit court‑fee. In the circumstances, the suit is dismissed with costs.
