Investigation must be fair, transparent and judicious as it is the minimum requirement of rule of law.
Supreme Court (in its jurisdiction under Art. 184(3) of the Constitution) was not debarred from ensuring fair investigation of a case, with the object to bring to book the persons who were involved in corruption and corrupt practices, without any discrimination, whosoever or how so influential they might be.
