Transfer Application No. 102‑C, Civil Miscellaneous Applications Nos.1‑C and 2‑C of 1992, decided on 18th February, 1992. ‑‑‑‑S.24‑‑‑Transfer of case‑‑‑Petitioner wife's application for grant of succession certificate pending at "S" while other heirs' application for grant of succession certificate pending at "J"‑‑‑Wife seeking transfer of other heirs' application from `J' to `S' whereas other heirs resisting such move‑‑‑Amongst respondents there were as many as five females as compared to petitioner who too was a female‑‑‑High Court declined to put five ladies of respondents side to inconvenience with a view to accommodate petitioner lady‑‑‑Petition was dismissed in circumstances. Sardar Muhammad Ayyub Khan Lodhi for Petitioner. Facts giving rise to this petition are that Abdul Majeed, who was husband of the petitioner Mst. Zubaida Begum has expired. She has filed an application at Sahiwal for grant of succession certificate. As against this, the respondents, Muhammad Rafiq and others have made a similar application at Jauharabad, District Khushab. The petitioner has prayed that the respondents' application may also be transferred to Sahiwal.
2. I find that amongst the respondents there are as many as five females A as compared to the petitioner who too is a female. I am not inclined to put five ladies to inconvenience with a view to accommodating the petitioner. This petition is, therefore, dismissed in limine. AA./Z‑20/L Transfer application dismissed.
