‑‑‑S. 497‑‑Penal Code (XLV of 1860), S.302/307/34‑‑Bail Accused allegedly caused simple injuries to prosecution witnesses Accused admitted to bail. Ghous Muhammad Chaudhry for Petitioner. Muhammad Arshad Khan for the State. The petitioners, alongwith others, are accused of offences under section 302/307/34, P.P.C. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the part attributed to the two petitioners is that they injured the prosecution witnesses. The injuries were found simple. This position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the State. I, therefore, admit the petitioners to bail in the sum of Re'.50,000 (Fifty thousand) each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner, Gujranwala. M .Y.H. ‑‑‑‑ Bail granted.
