The petitioner has filed appeal against his conviction and sentence which is one year's R.I. and 10 stripes. The sentence being short is suspended as his appeal stands already admitted. He be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rupees ten thousand (Rs.10,000 only) with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner, Rahimyar Khan. The petition is disposed of. S.A./S‑260/L Sentence suspended.
