S.497--Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), S.11--Bail, grant of--Abductee, aged about 15 years, not recovered as yet and allegedly being detained illegally under instructions from petitioner--Bail declined, in circumstances. Pir Anwaar Rehman for Petitioner. Shaukat Hussain for the State. This is a petition for bail on behalf of Muhammad Akbar who alongwith Sarwar and Ghulam Hussain is being prosecuted for the abduction of Mst. Kishwar, 15 years old daughter of Muhammad Hanif complainant. All the three accused are in lock up. 2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is admitted at the bar that Mst. Kishwar abductee has not so far been recovered from the accused. It is stated by learned state counsel that she is being detained illegally by some one under instructions from the accused. In view of the fact that Mst. Kishwar is aged 15 years and has not been recovered so far, I am not inclined to allow bail to the petitioner. This petition is accordingly dismissed. S.G.D./M-392/L Petition dismissed.
