S.302/34--Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)--Sentence of death awarded to accused had already been commuted to imprisonment for life by the Presidential Order of Amnesty--Petition for leave to appeal was, therefore, not pressed and was dismissed as such.

Judgment & Decree

ABDUL QADEER CHAUDHRY, J.‑‑‑Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the sentence of death of the petitioners has been commuted to imprisonment for life by the Presidential Order of Amnesty. He, therefore, does not press this petition. N.H.Q./T‑73/S Petition dismissed.
