Hamid Ali Mirza for Petitioner. Syed Nazir Hussain for Respondent. Date of hearing: 28th February, 1989. Through this petition, Mst. Sharifan petitioner seeks transfer of the suit for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the respondent which is pending in the Court of Ch. Ghulam Rasool, Judge Family Court, Gujranwala to the Court of Syed Ikhlaq Ahmad, Judge Family Court, Lahore, where the suit for maintenance filed by her against the respondent is pending.
2. The respondent who is present in person as also Syed Nazir Hussain, Advocate, have no objection if the suit for restitution of conjugal rights transferred to Lahore for its trial alongwith the suit for maintenance. In these circumstances the suit for restitution of conjugal rights title "Khurshid Ahmad v. Mst. Sharifan Bibi" is withdrawn from the Court of Ch. Ghulam Rasool, Judge Family Court, Gujranwala and is entrusted to the Court o f Syed Ikhlaq Ahmad, Judge Family Court, Lahore for its trial alongwith the suit: for maintenance filed by the petitioner. The Transfer Application is disposed of. H.B.T./S‑389/L Application disposed of.
