The Investigating Officer who is present in Court states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. a. This is an application for pre-arrest bail on behalf of Muhammad Saleem in a case under section 325, 34, P. P. C. registered at Police Station Factory Area, Lahore vide F. I. R. No. 126/82 dated 29th June, 1982.
3. The prosecution case is,' that the petitioner attacked Muhammad Ishaque and caused as many as five injuries, out of which one injury bras been declared grievous by the Doctor. I have gone through the X-Ray at the injuries Report mentioned in the Medico-Legal Report. I am of the A opinion that the question as to whether injury No. 3 declared as grim us by the Doctor is grievous within the term of section 320, P. P. C., needs serious consideration, and as such it is a fit case for the confirmation of bail. Order accordingly. M. Y. H. Bail confirmed.
