KARAM ELAHEE CHAUHAN,. J..‑This order will cover three Civil Petitions for Special Leave to Appeals bearing Nos. 714/81, 715/81 and 716/81,

Leave is granted to consider whether the order of the Tribunal is based on correct statuory and other legal principles applicable to cases of this A type in determining seniority of the civil servants. Prayer was made to suspend the operation of the impugned order. We feel no justification to do so. Leave granted.
