Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3358-B of 1980, decided on 27th October, 1980. S. 497/498 and Penal-Code (XLV of 1860), S. 377-Bail-Petitioners aged 13 or 14 years-Bail granted. Ch. Muhammad Ashraf Azeem for Petitioner. Ch. Feroz Khan for the State. The petitioners are accused of the unnatural offence. Bail is being sought on the ground that they are both of a tender age. According to the record, the Medical Officer who examined them found them to be 13 or 14 years of age each.
2. In these circumstances I admit the petitioners to bail in the sum of Rs. 3,000 (rupees three thousand) each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. Bail granted.
