2. Notice of the petition was issued to Messrs Allied Bank of Pakistan Limited, Noshehra Virkan Branch, District, Gujranwala. Respondent was served through the Manager of aforesaid Branch but has not appeared in Court.

3. The petition is allowed. Suit titled Messrs Allied Bank of Pakistan Limited v. Messrs Al-Raiee Traders pending before Banking Court No.II, Gujranwala, is withdrawn from that Court and is entrusted to Banking Court No.I, Gujranwala, so that suit filed by the petitioner against the Bank and one filed by the Bank against the petitioner, are heard together.
