Judgment & Decree
MANZOOR HUSSAIN SIAL, J.
Mst. Sajida Akhtar petitioner sought implementation of the order passed by the Minister for Education, Punjab whereby she was transferred from Sahiwal to Government Deaf and Defective Hearing High School for Boys, Gulberg, Lahore but before the order could be implemented Mst. Shahila Safdar was appointed against that vacancy.
2. Learned counsel for respondents Nos. i and 2, on instructions from the respondents, stated that keeping in view the directive of the Chief Minister the Provincial Government in Education Department is prepared to accommodate Mst. Sajida Akhtar and post her in Government Deaf and Defective Hearing High School for Boys, Gulberg, Lahore against the post of Senior Oral Mistress.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that if Mst. Sajida Akhtar petitioner is transferred and posted against the aforesaid post at Lahore her grievance would be redressed and she seeks disposal of this petition in accordance therewith.
