GHULAM MUJADDID MIRZA, J.‑‑Ali Nawaz son of Mehr Farid Sial, resident of Mauza Tangoo. Tehsil Shorkot, District Jhang has filed this petition for leave to appeal against the judgment of Lahore High Court dated 18‑6‑1988 whereby the transfer application moved by him was dismissed. This petition has no merit. The question whether the petitioner had made out a case for transfer was duly considered by the High Court and decided in accordance with law. Dismissed. M . B . A . / A‑329/ S Petition dismissed.
