ABDUL KADIR SHAIKH, J.‑‑Mr. Muzaffar Ali Khan learned, Advocate‑on‑Record for the petitioner states that in spite of the fact that he has been trying to contact the petitioner he has not received instructions. In this connection learned counsel has produced a copy of the letter addressed to the petitioner with the postal receipt seeking instructions. In he circumstances learned counsel pleads no instructions. The petitions are dismissed for non‑prosecution. M.Y.H./M624/S Petitions dismissed.
