Headnotes / Summary
(On appeal from the judgment dated 30th September, 1980 of the Lahore High Court in I.C.A. No.456 of 1980).
Judgment & Decree
NASIM HASAN SHAH, J.‑‑The petitioner alleging that his right of seniority was disregarded while transferring his services from one department to other moved the Lahore High Court for redress. The matter was disposed of with the observation that the proper remedy for the petitioner was to approach the Service Tribunal. The petitioner feeling aggrieved by this order has moved this Court petitioner feeling for grant of leave to appeal. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not urged anything before us to show that the view of the High Court that the proper remedy for the petitioner was to approach the Service Tribunal rather than the High Court was wrong. Dismissed. M. I./M‑400/S Petition dismissed.
