Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898) ‑‑‑‑5. 497‑‑‑Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order (4 of 1979), Art.4‑‑‑Bail, grant of‑‑‑Heroin weighing 30 grams was recovered from possession of accused, but State counsel having no objection to grant of bail, accused was released on bail. Judgment & Decree
Heard arguments of learned counsel for the applicant. On 28‑1‑1984 A.S.I. Muhammad Dawood of Police Station Mithadar received some information and he proceeded alongwith Mashirs and searched the applicant Shahid Jawaid and recovered heroin weighing 30 grams from his possession. I have also heard the arguments of State counsel who has no objection to the grant of bail. Applicant is released on bail on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000 and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. H.B.T./S‑557/K Bail granted.
