Pakistan International Airlines (Corporation) was performing functions in connection with the affairs of the Federation having no statutory rules

Relationship between the Corporation and its employees would be that of a "master and servant"

Constitutional petition was not competent with regard to terms and conditions of the employees of the Corporation

Employees of the Corporation might file suit, if so advised, for redressal of their grievance before the competent forum
