‑‑‑S. 448‑‑Accused and complainant present in Court filed a compromise and both admitted contents of compromise‑‑Accused acquitted in view of compromise. S. Ishtiaq Ali Kanholi for Petitioner. G.R. Warsi for Respondent No.2. Imam Bux Sheikh for the State. The applicants were convicted under section 448 by the trial Court and their appeal was dismissed by the appellate Court. The parties have filed compromise today. The complainant and his Advocate Mr. G.R. "Warsi are present in Court.
