Transfer of suit

Application for

Respondent had filed suit for dissolution of marriage in Family Court at place "M", whereas petitioner earlier in time had filed suit for restitution of conjugal rights in Family Court at place "D"-Petitioner in his application had requested that his suit be transferred from Family Court at place "D" and be transmitted to Family Court, seized of suit filed by respondent

Application was accepted and case was transmitted accordingly. Malik Muhammad Tariq Rajwana for Applicant.

Judgment & Decree

MIAN SAQIB NISAR, J.

It is stated, that the respondent has filed a suit for dissolution of marriage at Multan, whereas the petitioner had earlier field a suit for restitution of conjugal rights at D.G. Khan, thus, he requests that his suit A be transferred from the learned Family Court, D.G. Khan and be transmitted to the learned Family Court, seized of the suits filed by the respondent. Order accordingly. Disposed of. H.B.T./G-165/L Order accordingly.
