M.R.Tayyab and Ch.Manzoor Ahmad for Petitioner. Nazir Ahmad Bhatti for the State. Abdul Qayyum Awan for the Complainant. Yaqoob Ali petitioner was admitted to pre-arrest interim bail on 3-8-1987 in a case under section 30 of MLR 115 of 1972 registered against him on 3-7-1987 at Police Station Hasilpur, District Bahawalpur. 2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has not paid the share of produce for the last three years to the Manager appointed under section 23 of MLR 115. The case has been registered for -the recovery of the produce from Kharif 1984 onward. The delay in lodging the has not been adequately explained. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed this petition but was unable to controvert the fact of inordinate delay in lodging the FIR. There is no allegation that the petitioner after having been admitted A to pre-arrest bail has misused the concession of bail.
