Constitution of Pakistan (1973)‑ ‑‑ Art. 199 and West Pakistan Foodstuffs Distribution Order, 1967 Ration Depot allotted to petitioner by District Magistrate subject, to confirmation by District Allotment Committee‑‑District Allotment Committee refusing to accord confirmation‑Petitioner, held can have no basis for grievance in circumstances of case. Rana Abdul Majid for Petitioner. A departmental representative with the relevant record, assisted by Additional Advocate‑General, is present. The record indicates that the depot was allotted to the petitioner on 26th March; 1972 by the District Magistrate subject to the confirmation of the District allotment Com mittee. The District allotment Committee it is, stated, has refused to accord confirmation. This being so, the petitioner can have no basis for grievance. Dismissed in limine. M Y H Petition dismissed.
