Where a Court or Tribunal was conferred jurisdiction and power to grant large (whole) relief under the law, it also had jurisdiction to grant smaller (partial) relief.
Court or Tribunal endowed with the jurisdiction to grant an entire relief was equally authorized to give partial relief.
