Application for transfer of grievance petition
Counsel for the applicant had stated that since Presiding Officer of the Labour Court, had resumed his duties after his leave of two months, counsel did not wish to press the application for transfer of the petition to any other court

Judgment & Decree
JUSTICE (RETD.) ALI MUHAMMAD BALOCH (CHAIRMAN).
By this single order above mentioned four transfer applications are being decided. Mr. Farooq Ghani, learned counsel for the applicant management who has moved these four applications, which was to be heard on 10-2-2010. The learned counsel had on 10-2-2010 requested for time. The learned counsel today has moved four applications one each in the case, whereby learned counsel stated that since the learned Presiding Officer of Sindh Labour Court No.1, Karachi, has resumed his duties after his leave of two months, and, therefore, he did not wish to press the applications for transfer of the cases to any other Court. In view of these written applications for withdrawal of the transfer applications the same are accepted and, therefore, they stand withdrawn by the learned counsel for the applicant. H.B.T./2/SLT Order accordingly.
