Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898)‑‑ ‑‑‑S. 561‑A‑‑Application under S. 561‑A, Cr.P.C. stating that petition apprehended danger to her life and that she should be sent to Dar‑ul‑Aman is not maintainable. Syed Ejaz Hussain Gillani for Petitioner. The petitioner was earlier allowed interim bail to enable her to approach the Sessions Court, Sialkot; yesterday, she made an application under section 561‑A, Cr.P.C. saying that she apprehended danger to her life and that she should be sent to Dar‑ul‑Aman. That application was disposed of, as in my view, section 561‑A, Cr.P.C. was not available to the petitioner. But as the petitioner had insisted that she had nowhere to go, the learned Additional Advocate‑Genera, Mr. Tanvir Ahmad Khan, spoke to the Incharge of Dar‑ul‑Aman. The petitions‑1 is now in Dar‑ul‑Aman and from there she has approached this Court for bail.

2. Admit. Notice for 14‑6‑1988.

3. In the meantime, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail on furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand) with o surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of D.R. (J) of this Court. M.Z.S./S‑246/L Order according;
