Malik Muhammad Suleman Awan Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent and has raised preliminary objection that this writ petition has become infructuous in view of dissolution of all the Local Councils. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, states that the aforementioned dissolution is challenged in this Court and petitioner will avail legal remedy after the decision is given by this Court. Presently, he wants to withdraw this petition with permission to file another one if necessary. Order accordingly.

Objection was raised on behalf of respondent that Constitutional petition had become infructuous in view of dissolution of all Local Councils
Petitioner stated that dissolution of Local Councils having been challenged in High Court, he would avail legal remedy after decision was given by High Court and requested to withdraw Constitutional petition with permission to file another one, if necessary
High Court ordered accordingly.
Judgment & Decree
This Constitutional petition is directed against order dated 26-9-1992 of the Election Tribunal Bhalwal whereby election of petitioner as member of Local Council was set aside and the election petition of respondent was accepted.
2.
