Protective bail was granted to accused for seven days in circumstances to enable him to approach the trial Court for bail. Shahadat Awan for Applicant Applicant, Muhammad son of Khamiso Kaloi, is accused in F.I.R. No.2 of 1995, registered at Police Station Qasbo, district Dadu, under section 302, P.P.C., on the allegation of having killed his brother's wife. He has applied for bail before arrest on the ground that he has been falsely implicated in the case. When asked as to why the trial Court had not been moved in the first instance, learned counsel stated that the Applicant wanted to move the trial Court but the same was surrounded by the police who was out to arrest the applicant and, therefore, the applicant/accused was unable to approach the trial Court for bail. In the circumstances, the applicant is granted protective bail for the period of seven (7) days, commencing from today, on his furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs.50,000 and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court only to enable him to approach the trial Court for bail. This order will stand recalled on the expiry of the time hereby given to the applicant or on his moving bail application before the trial Court and passing of the order thereon, whichever is earlier in point of time. N.H.Q/M.186/K/ Protective bail allowed.
