Judgment & Decree
Petitioners besides 11 others are accused in case F.I.R. No.260. registered at Police Station Kharian on 26-5-1990 under sections 302, 307, 325, 148/149, P.P.C.
2. In an occurrence taking place a day earlier Pehlwan Khan (deceased) was killed and four persons from the complainant side were injured. From the side of the accused two persons sustained injuries. During investigation the police came to the conclusion that it was a free fight in which both the parties used brickbats. Each of the petitioners is assigned one simple injury with a blunt weapon on each of the three injured P.Ws. They have been in the lock-up for the last nine months. Their case appears to be at par with those of their nine co-accused who were granted bail by this Court on 21-1-1991. The petitioners are, therefore, also granted bail if they furnish bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000 each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. H.B.T./A-1431/L Bail granted.
