S. 497--Penal Code (XLV of 1860), S.302/307/380/411/148/1.49--Bail--Accused did not press application for bail but requested for a direction to Trial Court for disposal of case at the earliest--Order passed accordingly. A Malik M.R. Raza Khokhar for Petitioners. Munir Badar for the State. Complainant in Person. The Criminal Petition No. 90 of 1989 filed by the complainant in the Supreme Court has been dismissed vide order, dated 11-4-1989. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the case is fixed on 1st of June, 1989 for further orders. The complainant, however, slates that it is fixed for arguments. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this application but requests for a direction to the trial Court for disposal of the case at the earliest. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case before 15th of June, 1989. With this observation this petition stands disposed of. M.Y.H./M-1387/L Order accordingly.
