Accused were declined pre-arrest bail in circumstances. Raja Abdur Rehman for Petitioners. The petitioners through this petition seek the concession of pre-arrest bail in case F.I.R. No.116, dated 9-3-1995 under section 16/10 of Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 registered with Police Station Saddar, Faisalabad.
2. According to F.I.R. both the petitioners had committed Zina-bil-Jabr with the, complainant.
3. The petitioners were allowed the concession of pre-arrest bail by the I learned Additional Sessions Judge but after availing of the same concession for quite sufficient days, they opted not to appear before the Court and accordingly their bail applications were rejected.
4. The conduct of the petitioners amounts to misusing the concession of bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. I am, therefore, not inclined to grant the relief prayed for as that would amount to giving premium to accused who are trying to hoodwink the process of law. Dismissed. N.H.Q./N-326/L Bail refused.
