ABDUL KADIR SHAIKH, J.‑‑ Mr. Tahir Muhammad Khan learned counsel for the petitioners pleads on instructions. Learned Advocate‑on‑Record for the caveators states that the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court, and it is for this reason that petitioners are no longer interested to prosecute the petition. We, however, in view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioners, dismiss the petition for non‑prosecution. M.I./K‑27/S Order accordingly
