For reasons to be recorded separately, the interim bail granted to the petitioners Muhammad Irfan, Salahuddin Mughal, Madad Ali Shaikh, Ghulam Mustafa Shaikh and Muhammad Anis is confirmed on same terms and conditions, whereas the petitioner Muhammad Shoaib Wasti is granted bail in the sum of Rs.200,000 on furnishing solvent surety with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Nazir of this Court the petitions are allowed. H.B.T./M-150/K Bail granted.
