Accused had not moved the Sessions Court for pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest on the way

Protective bail in the circumstances was granted to accused for one week to enable him to move the Sessions Court Fareed Ahmed A. Dayo, for Applicant. Sh. Azizur Rehman for A.-G. 'for the State. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Admittedly the applicant has not moved the Court of Sessions Judge, Naushero Feroz District for pre-arrest bail. He has argued that if the applicant goes to said Court he would be arrested on the way. In the circumstances applicant Muhammad Rahim is granted protective bail for a period of one week in the sum of Rs.50,000 with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
