Judgment & Decree
MAZHARUL HAQ, J.-Trial Court came to the conclusion that it was a case of a free fight. Each accused was convicted for his criminal liability. Jalali, petitioner was sentenced to seven years' R.I. under section 307 P.P.C. with a fine of Rs.10,000 in default to undergo six months' R.I. further. Miru petitioner was convicted under section 323 PPC and sentenced to six months' R.I. with a fine of Rs.1,000 in default to undergo one month R.I. further. Mubarak petitioner was also convicted under section 323 PPC and sentenced to six months' R.I. with a fine of Rs.1,000 in default to undergo one month R.I. further. The three accused-petitioners are allowed bail in the sum of Rs.25,000 (Rupees twenty-five thousand) each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A . C /Duty Magistrate, D . G . Khan. M.Y.H./J-14/L Bail granted.
