Judgment & Decree
SAAD SAOOD JAN (CHAIRMAN).‑The appellant wishes to challenge the order dated 23.7‑1974 made by the D. J. ‑G of Police, Special Branch, Lahore. Now under subsection (2) of section 21, Civil Servants Act, the appel lant has a right to agitate this order before the nest higher authority. He has not done. As such this appeal is net competent in view of paragraph (a) of the provision of section 4, Punjab Administrative Tribunals Act. This appeal is misconceived and is hereby dismissed in limine.
