VII, Regln. 14‑Use of unfair means in examination‑Packets containing answer books stolen from office of Internal Examiner ‑ Petitioner charged for attaching un authorised sheets with answer books in examination, crossing some, answers and re‑attempting same after answer books had been stolen‑‑Girl alleged to have received such answer books stated to have passed on such books to petitioner and two others but not examined by Disciplinary Committee.‑Girl however examined on direction of Court in another meeting of Disciplinary Committee- Such girl totally and emphatically denying allegation of having ever received any answer books of petitioners‑Held, in such circumstances, whole basis of charge against petitioner disappears.
