Petitioners lodged case of abduction--During investigation allegations were found false and case was cancelled--Subsequently on report of Station House Officer of Police Station case under S.7 of the Ordinance, 1979 was registered against the petitioners
Such report was neither lodged by persons in respect of whom Qazf was committed nor by any person authorised by them
Proceedings against petitioners under S.7, on the report lodged by Station House Officer of Police Station, held, were illegal and abuse of process of Court
Proceedings were quashed. [p. 314] A & B
