Maqbool Elahi Malik, A: G. for the State. Mst. Kalsoom Bibi detenue has been produced before this Court by Muhammad Nazir Bailiff. Her statement has been recorded. She has stated that she is 25 years old and that she married Alam Sher respondent about two years ago. She also stated that she was abducted by Falak Sher petitioner and that she never married him. She further states that she wants to accompany Alam Sher, her husband. She being sui juris may accompany Alam Sher respondent.
2. Let a criminal case be registered against petitioner Falak Sher for making false statement before this Court. The Police Officer shall also record statement of Mst. Kalsoom Bibi detenue. The amount of security of Rs.500 shall be paid to Mst. Kalsoom Bibi detenue today against receipt. This petition stands disposed of. H.B.T./F-280/L Order accordingly.
