(a) West Pakistan Consolidation of holdings Ordinance (VI of 1960)‑‑‑ ‑‑‑‑S. 10(2)‑‑‑Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 199‑‑‑Consolidation Scheme‑‑‑Substantial land was given to petitioners as against their meagre entitlement‑‑‑Respondent who had been deprived of her land filed appeal which was accepted by Collector and same was maintained up to the Board of Revenue and land was restored to her‑‑‑Validity‑‑‑Petitioner having had excess land‑‑‑High Court declined interference in the impugned order of Board of Revenue (b) West Pakistan Consolidation of Holdings Ordinance (VI of 1960)‑‑‑ ‑‑‑‑S. 10(2)‑‑‑Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 199‑‑‑Petitioner's claiming relief against a person whom they had not impleaded in appeal before Additional Commissioner‑‑‑Such person was although impleaded as a party in revision, yet Board of Revenue granting no relief to petitioners against newly impleaded respondent on the ground that no injustice appeared to have been done to petitioners who had been adequately compensated‑‑‑Such finding of Board of Revenue was not open to any exception.
