S. 497/498-Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordi nance (VII of 1979), Ss. 10 & 11- Bail - Accused found innocent during investigation and no allegation of Zina made against him-- Bail granted. Muhammad Akbar Cheema for Petitioner. Muhammad Sharif Butt for the State. Khushi Muhammad petitioner who alongwith others is involved in a case under sections 10 and 11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, has moved this petition for bail. The allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith others abducted Mst. Fatima, daughter of Mst. Rehmati complainant. The alleged abductee was recovered from co-accused Muhammad Ramzan. 2. I have gone through the relevant material. There is no allegation of Zina against the petitioner and during the investigation he has been found innocent. In the circumstances, he is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs. 10,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner, Model Town, Lahore. M. Y. H. Bail granted.
