- This application is filed by the applicants/accused for transfer of Case No.168 of 1990 (State v. Imran Ahmad and another) under section 411, P.P .C., pending in the Court of A.C.M. No.V, Karachi (Central) to the Court of A.C.M. No.XI, Karachi (East) on the ground that another case in respect of the same property being criminal case under F.I.R. No.682/90, is pending before the A.C.M. No.XI, Karachi (East) and that the property involved in A both the cases is same. The learned Assistant Advocate-General does not oppose the transfer of Case No.168 of 1990 from the Court of A.C.M. No.V (Central), Karachi to the Court of A.C.M. No.XI, Karachi (East). The application is, accordingly, granted. The Case No.16S of 1990 is transferred to the Court of A.C.M. No.X1, Karachi (East).
