J.-In compliance with this Court's order of the 10th April 1967, certain documents have been placed on the record by the learned Advocate-General, West Pakistan, but these do not include the particular document required, viz., a notifica tion under section 4 of the Colonization of Government Lands Act, 1912, as in force in Bahawalpur applying the provisions of the Act to the lands in question. In a useful commentary on the Act, by Mr. Altar Hussain, a reference to the relevant notification has been given, viz., No. 19 of 19th May 1926. A copy of this notification should be procured and placed on the record by the learned Advocate-General at an early date, when a further date for conclusion of arguments in the appeal will be fixed.
