Petitioner's only grievance in petition for leave to appeal was that Constitutional petition filed by contesting respondent was at motion stage for the last four months

Petition for leave to appeal was disposed of with observation that Constitutional petition filed by respondent should be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within one month. Kh. Haris Ahmed, Advocate Supreme Court with Ejaz Ahmed Khan, Advocate-on-Record for Petitioner. Nemo for Respondents. Date of hearing: 2nd April, 1997. After arguing the case at quite some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the writ petition filed by respondent No.1 herein is at motion stage for the last four months. That Q' being so, this petition is disposed of with the observation that writ petition No.22766 of 1996 may be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within this month. A.A./H-262/S Order accordingly.
