S. A. RAHMAN, C. J.-We have heard Mr. Hamid-ud-Din in support of the petition for grant of bail in this case. It is stated by the learned Advocate-General that one of the petitioners respondents Fateh Khan is under arrest in connection with another murder case. The other 3 petitioners are present in person. We find no ground for grant of bail in the circumstances of this case. The petitioners, who are present, should be arrested and forwarded to the Jail Authorities to be detained as under trial prisoners. The hearing of the case may be expedited. Bail refused.
